Thanks a lot for putting so much effort into providing this gem to a wider audience! I don't personally agree with some of the translation decisions (spacing out "Rockman", using English names.. especially when you then turn around and keep Japanese forms of address like "sempai") and it'd be nice if more translators' notes were present to show exactly what was changed or reworded, but putting the work in readable, well-written English alone is a great service to the non-Japanese Rockman fandom at large.

Incidentally if you ever need another translator I've done some unofficial manga translations in the past. You seem to be doing fine as it is, but if the need's there..

Keep up the good work!

No problem.

Could you tell me where "Rockman" was spaced out?

zelda_zero and I decided to keep the English names since a lot of readers aren't familiar with the Japanese names. Thanks for the feedback since I'll add notes on what's been changed/reworded in future released (I'll try to add notes on the previous released when I have time).

Thanks for the kind words. :) That makes my day.

Well, I am planning on working on another project if you're interested. Are you familiar with Bioboosted Armor Guyver?

I've only seen the Mark Hamill movie but a few years ago I knew someone who really liked it, enough to have tracked down the manga and OVAs.

Ah, the live action movie. The manga and anime (especially the recent 2005 release; going to be released in the US this Nov) is much better, in my opinion.
Basically, I looking for help in a Bioboosted Armor translation project. Please let me know if you're interested or know someone that is. Thank you.

I understand where you're coming from, but mixing the Japanese and American naming conventions is more confusing than having it all one way or the other. I think any Mega/Rockman fan who's hardcore enough to want the Rockman name and to be reading translated scans of old manga probably knows what a "repliroid" or an "irregular" is, if you know what I mean. Even if they don't, I suspect most are smart enough to figure it out very quickly :)
